Mike Strobel DVM, Chief Manager and President of Aurora Pharmaceutical/Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine

Mike has 28 years of experience in the field of compounding and marketing pharmaceutical sales in the food animal market. Dr. Strobel graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1982 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and later earned a masters degree in Swine Medicine. He began working for Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1982 and became part owner in 1983. Dr. Strobel holds numerous United States and international patents and has published nationally and internationally.




Mark Werner DVM, Vice President and Director of Purchasing of Aurora Pharmaceutical/Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine

Mark has 34 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Dr. Werner graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1976 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He started the Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1981 as a mixed animal practice with dairy and swine as the practice focus and small animals as a secondary focus.






Bob Rehurek, Direct of Sales and Marketing for Aurora Pharmaceutical/Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine

Bob joined Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine in the Spring of 2009. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Photography. Bob has over 25 years of experience and has worked in sales and marketing for several animal health companies, including the Fortune 500 Company MWI. He also was president and owner of a veterinary supply company for 10 years.



Casey Ulve, Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine Inside/Outside Sales & Marketing

Casey joined the Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine Vets team in April of 2007. He joined the company with over 10 years experience in the animal health industry. 8 of which was with a nationwide animal health distributor out of Omaha, NE. Prior to that he worked in other businesses related to the industry. Just like Deb he was very happy to move back to Minnesota.

Casey has a hybrid position since he works internally on sales and marketing, but he also spends a lot of time traveling visiting members of Midwest Swine and attending industry meetings.



Debby Ulve, Veterinary Provisions/Midwest Swine Sales

Debby joined Vet Provisions/Midwest Swine July of 2007. At Midwest swine Debby’s here to provide service and support for your product needs. Upon graduating as a Veterinary Technician in 1991 Debby worked in a multi site, multi doctor, clinic in central Minnesota as a large animal technician, where she specialized in milk cultures and dairy health. After working in the clinic setting for eight years, Debby worked for an animal health distributor for another eight years, located out of Omaha, Nebraska. Debby specialized in sales and promotional opportunities for clinics. Debby was glad to get back to Minnesota and lives in Northfield with her husband, Casey, their sons John and Luke, their dog and two cats.
