Shipping and Returns

Any orders less than $150 will be charged an $8 handling fee. We will make every effort to let you know if there will be shipping added to your order.

Hazardous materials (alcohol, 7% iodine, Ivomec Pour-on, etc) must be shipped in full cases.

Shipments will be sent via the most economical and fastest carrier depending on the size, total weight and number of pieces in the shipment. There will be cases, at our discretions, where we will choose to ship vaccines via 2nd day air because of extended time in transit.

Any orders shipping outside the upper 48 States will be subject to shipping charges.

Orders received by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.

Arko Labs orders need to be received by 11:00 AM. They have an 11:30 cut off to get orders out same day so we need the half an hour to get the orders over to them. Because of the low margins we carry on Arko products there will be a small shipping fee from Arko that we will pass through to the customer.

If you require next day delivery, be sure to give us a call at (888)863-9376 or (507)650-7314. Please be advised that any orders you request next day delivery on will be charged the difference between ground freight charges and the next day charges.

You will be advised via phone or e-mail if there is a back order on a specific product or products that you have ordered. Any back ordered item will remain on your clinic’s back order list until shipped or cancelled by the clinic.

Because of Bio-Security restrictions we will not take anything back that has been to the farms. Returns are accepted only with prior approval. There will be no credit for products returned without proper approval.
